Snack: 1 x Red Apple
Lunch: Grilled Steak with steamed veggies
Snack: 1 x Plum
Dinner: Chicken and vegetable stir fry
Snack: Organic popcorn
Naughties: 2 x No fat snakes
Exercise: Nil

Suggestion. Change what you have in the morning; variate it. Fruit bowl (strawberries, cherries, low fat yoghurt, flaxseed on porridge, that kind of thing). Lunch can be light; say fish or qourn, or steamed chicken with a nice chili sauce - home made). Dinner can be something really light, but protein rich - sultanas in a nice salad. Basically, eat like a prince during the day and a pauper at night. Just a suggestion...
