Day 1 - Healthy Living

Food:

Breakfast: Carmens Muesli with no fat yoghurt, dash of milk, dash of honey & passionfruit

I x Skim Cappuccino
3 small lychees

Lunch: Grilled Salmon served with Mango and Avocado Salad with a dash of balsamic vinegar

1 handful of grapes

Dinner: Steamed veggies served with beef cooked in onion, tomatoes, chilli, garlic & coriander

Exercise:
1 x Brisk walk at lunchtime
1 x Power walk in the evening

I drank water all day and will be drinking hot water with lemon tonight.

I will be removing the sugar content from my diet and exercising more - slowly buy surely!

I am enjoying this :)
