Day 14 - Healthy Living Plan

Day 14 of my healthy living plan and it was a lazy Sunday. I ate and drank a little too much.

Food

Brunch: 2 poached eggs, grilled mushrooms and mango pickle

Snack: Pretzels
             
Late Lunch:  Lucky Tsoti's - Grilled Prawns, Chicken wings, Small South African Sausage, some chips (only a couple)

Snack: Nil

Naughties: 1 x Beer shandy, 2 x Vodka Tonics

Exercise: Nil

"Sunday is a day of rest".

Day 6 - Healthy Living Plan

It's Day 6 of my healthy living plan and I have been in pain today :(, so I did NO exercise today! But tried to eat well!

Food

Breakfast: Poached eggs, baked beans with chilli, tomatoes & coriander, spicy mushrooms

Snack: 1/2 Mango
             
Lunch: Moroccan Tuna with avocado salad

Snack: Organic popcorn

Dinner: BBQ chicken leg, BBQ Steak (small piece), chicken curry (small serve) tomato salsa

Snack:
 Organic Popcorn

Naughties: 3 x Vodka & Tonic Water, 3 pieces of Cadbury chocolate, 3 dried apricots

Exercise:


Nothing except well.............


I drank water all day.
