Day 6 - Healthy Living Plan

It's Day 6 of my healthy living plan and I have been in pain today :(, so I did NO exercise today! But tried to eat well!

Food

Breakfast: Poached eggs, baked beans with chilli, tomatoes & coriander, spicy mushrooms

Snack: 1/2 Mango
             
Lunch: Moroccan Tuna with avocado salad

Snack: Organic popcorn

Dinner: BBQ chicken leg, BBQ Steak (small piece), chicken curry (small serve) tomato salsa

Snack:
 Organic Popcorn

Naughties: 3 x Vodka & Tonic Water, 3 pieces of Cadbury chocolate, 3 dried apricots

Exercise:


Nothing except well.............


I drank water all day.

Day 5 - Healthy Living Plan

Day 5 of my healthy living plan and I started the day off good went to the gym and did 20 minutes on the treadmill and some weights.

I ate really well today, but I was naughty it was soooo hot I ended up having a few drinks! But 
just the recommended drinks my trainer Olga from Rapid Personal Training advised me to drink if I was to have a drink!  

Food:

Breakfast: Carmens Muesli with a dash of no fat milk, seeds and nuts, 1 x Skim Cappuccino + 1 sugar

Snack: 1 Red Apple
             
Lunch: Tomato & Onion Tuna served with Brown Rice

Snack: Very small piece of grilled chicken and steamed veggies

Dinner: Lime, Chilli & Mint Chicken skewers served  
Tzatziki & an Avocado & Mango salad 

Snack:
 Organic Popcorn

Naughties: 5 x Vodka & Tonic Water


Exercise:


20 minute fast walk on the treadmill, minimal weights at the gym

I drank water all day.

Day 4 - Healthy Living


Day 4 of my healthy living plan and I am feeling fabulous.  I had my first PT session today at 8:15 am and it was great! It wasn't too hard due to my myriad of injuries and aches and pains! My trainer Olga Bokalova from Rapid Personal Training is really lovely and she wants to start me slow with the training. She is making some changes to my diet as well. ( I need someone nice - I'm precious) :)

I also went to the Chiropractor, alot of issues to sort out, but I feel better already!

Check out today's diet! Yummo! 

Food:

Breakfast: Carmens Muesli with a dash of no fat milk, seeds and nuts, 1 x Skim Cappuccino + 1 sugar

Snack: 1 Green Apple
             
Lunch: 1 x 220g Grilled Steak served with green beans

Snack: 1 x peach

Dinner: 1 x Grilled home cooked Portuguese chicken breast served with steamed veggies


Snack:
 1 scoop of no fat vanilla ice cream, 3 x dried apricots

Naughties: 2 x No fat snakes



Exercise:
30 minute fast walk on the treadmill, minimal weights at the gym

I drank water and hot water with lemon all day.

"Those who don't make time for exercise when they are younger, will need to make time for illness when they are older."
