Day 13 Healthy Living Plan

Day 13 of my healthy living plan it's the weekend and it feels like an unhealthy living plan! SMH! 

Food

Breakfast: Watered down oats served with honey and cream (pre-mixed into the oats)  + 1 Skim Cappuccino

Snack: 1 Green Apple
             
Lunch: BBQ Chicken no skin, mixed with coleslaw and chick pea & lentil salad with mango pickle.

Snack: Organic popcorn

Dinner: Lucky Tsoti's 4 x Pork Ribs, 1 x Samoosas, Grilled Prawns

Snack: Nil

Naughties: 2 x No fat snakes & way too many drinks 

Exercise: I went to the beach

"Don't drink to much alcohol".
