Day 7 - Healthy Living Plan

Day 7 of my healthy living plan and I am still going strong.

No exercise at all and mumma's home cooking. Still no major carbs except cereal.

Food Day 7:

Breakfast: Carmens Muesli, Skim Milk, Seeds & nuts, Skim Cappuccino

Snack: 1 x Red Apple
Lunch: Mother's beef curry served with salad (no rice)

Snack: Nil

Dinner: Left over beef curry served with salad


Naughties: 2 x Scotch on the rocks with my dad



I drank water all day and lemon and water at the end of the day
